Despite two losses to ranked teams over the last week, Syracuse (9-5, 1-3 Atlantic Coast Conference) stayed at No. 13 in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Poll released Tuesday.

On Friday, Syracuse fell 4-1 to then-No. 3 North Carolina, who jumped a spot to No. 2 in the poll. While the Orange lost to their ACC rivals, they outshot the Tar Heels (8-6) and had more penalty corners (5-3).
