Pack in fall fun before Thanksgiving break

Harvey’s Garden will host a New Year’s in November event to celebrate the new year with your friends before the break. The event includes a set by DJ King Ransom will have a big celebration at midnight.

Bingo Night
Gather your friends and head to Wolff’s Biergarten in Armory Square for their weekly Bingo Night. Every Monday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., Wolf’s Biergarten offers raffles, prizes and swag giveaways to bingo winners.

When: Nov. 13, 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Friendsgiving
Gather your friends and celebrate Thanksgiving before break in the Schine Student Center. Hendricks Chapel will sponsor a menu of lemon thyme chicken, maple roasted sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, Caesar salad and pizza. Friendsgiving is open to the entire campus community.

All Vinyl Bandit Party
Bring your favorite records to the McCarthy Mercantile and see what DJs Da Chef, Syna-J and Intext can spin at the All Vinyl Bandit Party hosted by DJ Bella J and Janelle. The event will take place on Nov. 17 from 6 to 9 p.m. Entry is free and food and drinks will be available for purchase from Jamaica Cuse.

Beak and Skiff Mixed Media Workshop
Get crafty with a mixed media art workshop at Beak and Skiff Apple Orchard. Follow along with the guided process or go off script and create your own masterpiece. Tickets are available online for $35 and include art materials and instruction. Cider, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and food from the Tavern will be available before, during and after the workshop.

New York State Craft Brewers Festival
Raise a glass downtown for the 10th annual New York State Craft Brewers Festival. The Landmark Theatre will host over 55 breweries from across the state, serving beers of all kinds. Enjoy food from local Syracuse restaurants paired with award-winning beer this Saturday in the Wescott neighborhood.

When: Nov. 18, 4 to 8 p.m.

New Year’s in November
Ring in the new year with your friends before leaving Syracuse for Thanksgiving and winter break at Harvey’s Garden. Tickets are available online for $30 and include two drink tickets, a set by DJ King Ransom and a big midnight celebration.
